Affordable Housing Pipeline Dashboard

The Governor’s Housing Team is happy to launch it’s Affordable Housing Pipeline Dashboard, which tracks hundreds of affordable projects in the development pipeline since the start of the Green Administration. Data was collected from publicly-available sources to identify projects where a proportion of the units have affordability restrictions or are Department of Hawaiian Home Lands homesteads. These projects are tracked across seven phases of housing development to provide greater insight into when projects will be completed and what hurdles they face.

The Affordable Housing Pipeline Dashboard is updated quarterly, and projects and units data are subject to change. If you have questions about the pipeline, or would like to share information about an affordable housing project not currently listed in the database, please reach out to [email protected].
