Revised Processes Under the Emergency Proclamation

Rather than bypassing critical measures to preserve historic, cultural, and environmental sensitivity, the Emergency Proclamation establishes the Build Beyond Barriers Working Group to act as a problem-solving entity to help identify where critical housing projects are currently stuck in the approval process, and how to move projects along more efficiently. These process maps reflect processes established under the Emergency Proclamation Relating to Housing signed by Governor Josh Green on July 17, 2023.
