Proclamation Highlights: The latest Emergency Proclamation revises the suspension of section 201H-202, HRS, and adds a suspension of section 201H-203, HRS, to allow funds, appropriated by the Legislature, to be deposited into the Rental Housing Revolving Fund and disbursed through the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Coroporation to the Hawaii Public Housing Authority’s planning and predevelopment activities for the Ka Lei Momi housing projects.
